Why a Georgian License Gets Refused
The grounds in the gambling law are few and specific, so most refusals are avoidable.
Tax debt. No permit is issued while the applicant has a recognised tax debt in Georgia.
Convictions. A manager, representative, founder or beneficial owner with an unspent conviction for an intentional economic crime, or for a grave or especially grave intentional crime, blocks the permit.
An uncertified platform. The filing needs the authorization certificate, so a platform that fails the audit stops the application. Random Systems Georgia can issue a provisional approval for up to three months while defects are fixed.
A supplier without a Georgian permit. Operators may not use games or essential products from a supplier that lacks the Georgian supply permit.
