Rules for Domestic Operators

What changes when your players are in Georgia.

Who may play. Georgian citizens from 25, foreigners from 18. Public servants, employees of regulators and the National Bank, and members of families registered as socially vulnerable may not play, and neither may anyone on the Revenue Service's self-exclusion list.

Advertising. Gambling advertising is banned except on the operator's own website, in sports sponsorship, inside the venue and at international airports and border crossings.

Venues. A permit is tied to its address, so moving to an address with a different fee rate needs a new permit. No computers for online gambling are allowed inside gambling venues.

Payments. Georgian payment providers must block residents' payments to foreign gambling sites, which leaves the domestic market to Georgian-licensed operators.
