This site has no accounts, no logins and no database. The only personal data it handles is what you type into the contact form.
Who Runs the Site
GamblingLicense.ge ("we", "us") is responsible for the personal data described on this page. For anything about your data, use the contact form.
The Contact Form
When you send a message we receive your name, your email address, your WhatsApp number if you give one, the service and verticals you chose, how you found us and the message itself. It is delivered to our team by Resend, an email delivery service, and recorded in our internal enquiry system so we can follow it up. We use it to reply to you and to prepare your quote, and for nothing else. We do not add you to a mailing list.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering messages people choose to send us, and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
If you message us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp's own privacy policy applies to that conversation.
Analytics
Page views are counted with Vercel Web Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not identify you across sites. It records the page, the referring site, and the broad type of device and country, so we can see which pages people find useful.
Fonts and Third Parties
Typefaces are served from this site's own domain, so loading a page does not disclose your IP address to a font service. There are no embedded trackers, social widgets or advertising pixels.
Your Rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and object to how it is used. Write to us through the contact form. You can also complain to the Personal Data Protection Service of Georgia.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
